2011 (Jr.): Long jumped a personal-best 18-7 to win the Big South indoor title (becoming Liberty's first Big South indoor women's long jump champion since 2004) … scored 21 points at the Big South indoor championship, also including a third-place finish in the triple jump, a fifth-place finish in the 60 and an eighth-place finish in the 200 … made the 60-meter dash final at the ECAC indoor meet, placing eighth … her outdoor season was cut short due to injury, but not before she finished fourth in the Big South long jump final with a personal-best 18-9.75 leap … her collegiate-best 11.90 clocking in the 100 at the Texas Relays moved her up to No. 4 in program history … included on the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2010 (So.): At the Big South indoor meet, she placed second in the triple jump, fifth in the 60, sixth in the long jump and eighth in the 200 … triple jumped 39-5.75 at the Tyson Invitational to qualify for the ECAC indoor meet … outdoors, came in second in the triple jump, seventh in the 100 and eighth in the 200 at the Big South championship … helped Liberty place seventh in the ECAC 4 x 100 final … made the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2009 (Fr.): Recorded top eight finishes in four different events at the Big South outdoor meet, including the 4 x 100 (second), triple jump (third), long jump (fifth) and 100 (seventh) … part of the second-fastest 4 x 100 relay quartet in school history (46.05) and helped the Lady Flames' relay squad notch a fourth-place ECAC finish … scored in three events at the Big South indoor meet, placing sixth in both the long jump and triple jump and seventh in the 60 dash … made the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

Prep: Finished fifth in the 100 and sixth in the triple jump as a senior at Houston County High School … recorded personal bests of 11.84 for the 100, 37-5 for the triple jump and 17-5 for the long jump.

Personal: Daughter of Ronn and Liz Frink … majoring in kinesiology … birthday is Oct. 21.
