What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I truly feel like being a part of Liberty is the next step on my spiritual journey. I want to compete and have fun, but even more importantly I want to do that and grow my relationship with Jesus Christ. I also love the family atmosphere that Liberty softball creates.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My most memorable athletic moment happened during the High School Body Armour State Games. We were in the final, playing on the Duke softball field. I was up to bat and I hit a home run, BUT as I ran around the bases and made my way back to the dugout and removed my helmet, the umpire called me back up to the plate saying the ball was foul. The next pitch, I went yard again, but fair this time... and it was the most unreal moment. It will always be such a funny and amazing story to tell.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
#15 is very important to me. My dad wore that number growing up and honestly as soon as I put on the jersey 15 for the first time I felt like it just became my number as well. Any coach I have ever played for can attest that I have asked to be 15, haha!
Do you possess any special or unique talents, interests, or hobbies?
Fun fact about me is that I have a black belt in taekwondo :)
