After serving as a manager for the Liberty softball team, Caleb Romberger officially joined Dot Richardson’s staff in Aug. 2022 and currently serves as director of softball operations.
As director of operations, Romberger oversees the business operations of the Liberty Softball team. This includes but is not limited to: running daily operations of the team, supervising a team of student managers to assist with practice, managing and overseeing team travel and meals, ordering and overseeing all equipment and gear and other business-related responsibilities.
During his time as manager at Liberty, Romberger assisted staff and coaches with setting up softball practice including all position specific drills, supervised and delegated tasks to other managerial staff, participated in practice by assisting with drills (hitting defensive reps, fungo, pitching front toss, etc.), organized, managed and cleaned equipment and facilities, and assisted coaches with all gameday needs.
Romberger graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
