What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
From the moment I attended my first prospect camp at Liberty, I knew it was where I wanted to continue my academic and athletic career. The coaching staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the players. Coach Dot especially stood out to me because of her boldness in sharing the Gospel and the way she openly lives out her faith. That authenticity made a lasting impression on me.
Is there something about your life and upbringing you would consider unique?
I am incredibly grateful for the environment I was raised in. I grew up in a Christian home where my faith has always been an important part of my life. I also attended a private Christian school, which reinforced the values and beliefs my parents instilled in me from an early age.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
The person who inspires me most is my mom. She is one of the hardest-working people I know, and she leads by example every day. She constantly motivates and encourages me, whether it's in athletics, academics, or my personal life.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My most memorable athletic accomplishment is that I made varsity softball in the 7th grade along with All State.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
Number 3 because my dad wore it. I also like number 3 because it represents the Trinity.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My mom played college softball and soccer at Mount Olive University. My dad was drafted out of high school and played professional baseball for the Oakland A’s and Seattle Mariners. My brother plays baseball at Wingate University.
Do you possess any special or unique talents, interests, or hobbies?
I enjoy staying active and trying a variety of sports. One of my favorite hobbies is horseback riding, and I also love playing basketball and pickleball whenever I have the opportunity. No matter what sport I'm playing, I have a competitive mindset and enjoy challenging myself to improve. I love the process of learning new skills, competing, and pushing myself to be the best I can be. My passion for sports has taught me teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, and I enjoy bringing that same energy to everything I do.
