Carol Bapst serves as the Senior Administrative Assistant for Flames Head Football Coach Turner Gill, having joined the staff in April 2015.
In her current role, Bapst is responsible for scheduling daily appointments, meetings and interviews for Coach Gill, as well as handling all the administrative duties for the coaching staff of Liberty’s football department.
Prior to joining Liberty’s football staff, Bapst worked in Liberty’s Admissions department, serving in the online admissions transcript department from 2013-15. She was responsible for processing online transcript requests, in charge of organization and handling checks for the department and contacting colleges and universities to obtain official transcripts.
Bapst’s previous work experience includes a background in advertising and administrative office experience. She has assisted in the successful start-up and management of two new business offices, with responsibility for advertising and marketing along with organizing and managing efficient work environments.
Bapst is a 1988 graduate of the State University of New York – Buffalo, receiving a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Bapst and her husband, Mark, who reside in Forest, Va., have two children, Lauren and Daniel.
