2010-11 (R-Jr.): Opened his year at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, placing ninth overall and fifth on the championship-winning Liberty team … came in 32nd at the Big South meet, helping the Flames hoist the team championship trophy … On the Track: Ran only one race during the indoor track season, capturing eighth place in the Big South mile final … made the Big South outdoor 1,500 final for the second time in his career, coming in ninth … wrapped up his year with a season-best 1,500-meter time of 4:00.05 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier.

2009-10 (R-So.): Made a successful collegiate cross country debut at the Virginia Tech Cross Country Relay … paired with David Ricksecker to finish fifth overall and first among the Liberty squads … came in fifth at the Hagan Stone Park Classic, in an 8K personal-best 26:28.3 … posted a 40th-place finish at the Big South meet … On the Track: Ran the 1,200-meter leadoff leg for Liberty's winning distance medley relay team at the Big South indoor championship … his personal-best 4:16.14 indoor mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup ranks No. 9 in program history … ran a personal-best 3:57.95 in his first 1,500 of the season, winning the Shamrock Invitational crown … Awards Summary: One Big South title (indoor distance medley relay) … one All-Big South honor (indoor distance medley relay – 1st place).

2008-09 (R-Fr.): Did not run cross country … On the Track: His first impressive performance for the Flames was a 4:19.27 indoor mile at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup … also won the 800-meter run at the Liberty Quad … ran the leadoff leg for Liberty's distance medley relay quartet, which finished second at the Big South meet, in the second-fastest time (10:04.66) in program history … took ninth place in the Big South indoor mile … ran a season-best 4:00.16 1,500 to make the Big South final, where he captured 12th place.

2007-08 (Fr.): Attended Liberty, but did not run cross country, indoor track or outdoor track.

Prep: Attended Brookville High School, just outside Lynchburg … clocked a personal-best 1,600-meter time of 4:28.
