• Served as Liberty's No. 3 runner for most of his senior season, including at the Big South meet where he placed a career-best fifth overall
• Became the 13th Flame ever to earn three or more All-Big South honors in men's cross country
• Closed his career with his best-ever NCAA Division I Southeast Regional finish (46^th) and his best 10K time (30:32.4)

• Raced to an 8K season-best time of 24:57.02 at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic (Oct. 1), where he finished 50^th in the gold race and second on the team

2016 Outdoor Track & Field (Sr.)
• Big South steeplechase runner-up, placing just 0.67 seconds out of first place
• Posted a personal-best steeplechase time of 9:11.20 at the Virginia Challenge, ranking ninth in program history
