2009-10 (Jr.): Made her Liberty debut at the Big South Preview, finishing fifth overall and as the No. 3 Lady Flame … clocked a 5K personal best of 18:51.7 two weeks later, at the Hagan Stone Park Classic … served as the No. 3 runner for the Big South champion Lady Flames at the conference meet, taking 12th place … On the Track: Her personal-best time, 5:08.30, enabled her to complete Liberty's 1-2-3 sweep in the Big South mile final … ran the 1,600-meter anchor leg for the Lady Flames' third-place distance medley relay squad at the Big South indoor meet … scored 18 points at the Big South outdoor championship, winning the steeplechase and taking runner-up honors in the 1,500 … qualified for the ECAC meet in the steeplechase … ran on the second-fastest 4 x 800 squad in program history, which posted an 8:59.79 at the Penn Relays … her personal-best 10:58.31 steeplechase at the Penn Relays moved her up to No. 2 on Liberty's all-time list … Awards Summary: One Big South title (outdoor steeplechase) … three All-Big South honors (indoor mile – 3rd place, outdoor steeplechase – 1st place, outdoor 1,500 – 2nd place) … Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

Prep: Graduated with the King's Academy record in the 3,200 (11:05.03) and 5K (17:58) … earned all-state honors in cross country all four years … Florida state 1,600-meter champion in 2003, 2005 and 2006 … also captured state titles in the 3,200 in 2003 and 2005 and the 5K and 2004 … placed second in the 3,200 in 2006 and took runner-up honors in the 5K in 2005 and 2006.
