2007-08 (Fr.): Opened his collegiate career by placing 148th in the Notre Dame Blue race … came in 15th overall and fifth among the championship-winning Flames at the Big South meet … second freshman finisher at the Big South meet … On the Track: Scored points in a pair of events at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships, placing sixth in the 3K and seventh in the mile … finished fifth in the 1,500 at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships … qualified for the 10K at the USATF Junior Championships, where he placed 10th.
Prep: New York Class B state cross country champion as a senior at James I. O'Neill H.S. … took 10th in the 3,200 at the 2007 Nike Indoor Nationals … placed third at the outdoor state track meet in the 1,600 and fifth in the 3,200 as a senior.
