2007 (Jr.): Sliced 1:30 off her 6K personal best at the NCAA Southeast Regional Cross Country Championships, running a 21:44 for 55th place … came in 14th at the Big South Cross Country Championships … finished as Longwood Invitational runner-up … ran three solid 3K races during the indoor track & field season … won the Virginia Tech Challenge 3K … placed fourth in the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships 3K race … broke Heather (Sagan) Zealand's school 3K record with a 9:49.55 at the ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2006 (So.): Garnered a quartet of All-Big South distinctions (one cross country, one indoor track, two outdoor track) … broke through at the Big South Cross Country championships for a significant personal-best time of 18:26 and an eighth-place finish … third in the 5K and fourth in the 3K at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships … kept busy at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships, taking second in the 10K, third at 1,500 meters and fourth in the 5K … became the first Lady Flame ever to dip under 17 minutes in the 5K and did so twice, including school-record 16:42.79 effort at the Penn Relays … took eighth in the ECAC outdoor 5K … included on the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Women's Division I All-Academic Track & Field team … Big South Presidential Honor Roll member.
2005 (Fr.): Placed 22nd at the Big South Championships … finished fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships … ran a 17:58 in her first 5K on the track at the Charlotte 49er Classic … notched third-place finish in the 10,000 meters and was also fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships … Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
Prep: Attended John S. Battle High School … ran a 19:05 cross country 5K … won state Single-A title in the 3,200 meters and was second in the 1,600 meters.
