Ticket Office Voucher Exchange
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Log in to your account at LibertyFlames.com/MyAccount on your computer/mobile device or on the Liberty Flames app
Step 2: Under the “My Tickets” section, click on “Exchange.”
Step 3: On this screen, any potential vouchers to be redeemed will be listed (dates for the voucher event may vary based on the sport). Select season/event you which to exchange the vouchers from. Ex. Men's Basketball Voucher - Must Exchange
Step 4: Select the amount of vouchers you would like to exchange. Note: You can only exchange vouchers for one game at a time. Please only select the amount you will be using for one game.
Step 5: Select the game you would like to attend. Note: You can only exchange for one game at a time.
Step 6: Enter the same quantity of vouchers selected earlier in to be exchanged for that number of tickets. Then hit the find seats button at the bottom.
Step 7: You will now need to select your delivery method. You will need to select the mobile delivery option, so tickets can be loaded into your account. Once selected, hit next to go to the next screen.
Step 8: On this screen you will confirm your selection is correct and then hit "Yes, Submit Exchange" in the bottom right. After hitting that button the tickets will be delivered directly to your account.
