Hotel & Flight Information

Flight Information

Liberty Athletics will be chartering a flight leaving from Lynchburg at approximately 10 a.m. on December 30th and returning approximately at 4 p.m. on January 2nd. Please see below for flight and hotel sales schedule.

Flights will be offered to fans at $1,250 per person and will include ground transportation to and from the airport, to and from the pep rally, and to and from the game.

All ground transportation will be from the hotel block.

Hotel Information

Liberty has secured hotel blocks in two hotels:

Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows ($339 per night) PURCHASE HERE

Official Alumni and Fan Hotel
Valued at $700 per night
Rates available December 28-January 2; 3 night minimum

Scottsdale Plaza ($245 per night) PURCHASE HERE

Official Team Hotel
Site of the Flames Pep Rally on Dec. 30
Rates available between December 25-January 6; 3 night minimum

Members who purchase the flight package will receive early access to the hotel block. Otherwise, the links to purchase will be posted on LibertyFlames.com/BowlCentral starting at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 6th.

Flight and Hotel Sales Schedule

Flights will go on sale in the following priority order (all times are for Wednesday, Dec. 6).

8 a.m. - Scholarship and Founder's Level Flames Club Members
10 a.m. - President's and Director's Level Flames Club Members (if seats remain)
11 a.m. - Remaining Flames Club Members (if seats remain)
Noon - Hotel purchase link posted on LibertyFlames.com/BowlCentral.
