
Dutch Post Player Peters Signs with Lady Flames

LYNCHBURG, Va. – A versatile post player from the Netherlands, Lynn Peters has signed with the Liberty women's basketball program for the 2025-26 academic year.
Peters is the first post player to join the defending CUSA champion Lady Flames' incoming freshman class, which also includes November signees Emma Leon and Sierra Maxwell.

Peters currently plays for Athena in Iceland after a previous stint with Orange Lions in her home nation of the Netherlands.
Peters played well for the Netherlands during the U18 Women's EuroBasket tournament in 2024, averaging 8.6 ppg and 7.1 rpg while shooting 63.9 percent from the field and 92.3 percent from the foul line.
