Liberty Announces the Signing of Siwanat Auytayakul

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Flames men's tennis team and Head Coach Derek Schwandt have announced the addition of Siwanat Auytayakul as the first singing for the 2024-25 academic year.
"Our team is honored to welcome Siwanat to the Flames family. We believe in his game, his work ethic, and his love for competing." Schwandt said.
"Siwanat will make us better for several reasons. He is professional in his approach and is eager to get better."
Auytayakul hails from Bangkok, Thailand and has most recently competed in the two 15k tournaments in Thailand last summer.
As a junior competitor, Auytayakul has achieved a career-high UTR ranking of 12.77, an ITF junior ranking of 199 and an ATP ranking of No. 1524. Auytayakul sports a current 8.8 WTN (World Tennis Number).
The Bangkok, Thailand has topped top competitors including Ji Hoon Son, Croban Crowther, Rimpei Kawakami and Dev Javia.
