
Flames Continue Homestand with Midweek Contest against UNC Asheville

The Liberty Flames will welcome the UNC Asheville Bulldogs to Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium on Tuesday. The contest continues an eight-game homestand for the Flames.

• For the first time since 2018, Liberty and UNC Asheville will meet on the baseball diamond on Tuesday. The two teams met regularly as members of the Big South Conference through 2018.

• Outfielder Camden Troyer hit a three-run home run, his second of the year, and doubled Sunday against No. 11 East Carolina to collect his fourth multi-hit game of the year on Sunday. He also walked and scored twice. Troyer is the only Flame to
reach base safely in every game this season.
• Head Coach Scott Jackson is in his eighth season at Liberty. Jackson has led the Flames to a 227-157 record and three NCAA Regional appearances, the most of any coach in program history.
