Liberty's Top Storylines
• Liberty has five wins against SEC foes since the start of the 2018-19 season. The Flames earned their first-ever SEC win over Mississippi State, an 80-76 triumph in 2019 in the NCAA Tournament Round of 64. The Flames have two wins over Mississippi State and one win each over Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Missouri.

• Liberty and Alabama met for the first time during the 2018-19 campaign. The Crimson Tide topped the Flames 84-75 on Dec. 18, 2018 in the Rocket City Classic in Huntsville, Ala.
• Darius McGhee has scored in double figures in 29 straight games, which is the second longest active streak in Division I.
• Since the start of the 2018-19 season, Liberty Head Coach Ritchie Mckay ranks No. 6 in the nation among all active Division I coaches in winning percentage. McKay and the Flames are 105-28 during that time for a .789 winning percentage
• McGhee has made 371 career three-pointers, which is the most among active players in Division I.
• McGhee has won 105 career games. He is the winningest individual player in school history.
