Liberty Head Football Coach Hugh Freeze held his weekly press conference, Monday morning, from the Media Room of the Liberty Football Center.
During the 20-plus minute press event, Freeze reflected on the Flames 2-0 start after a home victory over FIU, plus previewed Liberty's upcoming match-up against North Alabama.
Off to its first 2-0 start since 2017, Liberty will continue its three-game homestand at Williams Stadium on Saturday. The Flames will play host to Big South foe North Alabama, making its 2020 season debut.
Liberty has won six straight home games and four consecutive contests overall, dating back to last season. The Flames are 4-0 versus FCS opponents over the last two-plus seasons, averaging 55.3 ppg in those contests.
