Today, LibertyFlames.com debuts a new series, "Meet the Flames Monday," introducing fans to the newest members of the Liberty women's basketball team. During the first installment, Nick Pierce catches up with Dee Brown.
Brown has two years of eligibility remaining after transferring from Miami Dade College. The 5-9 wing from Chicago averaged 26.6 ppg this past season, leading all NJCAA Division I players. An All-American for the second straight season, Brown also posted 9.1 rpg and 7.3 apg while notching five triple-doubles.
