Following Monday's morning practice session, the media spoke with several Liberty Flames, including returning redshirt junior kicker Alex Probert.
Probert, along with cornerbacks coach Rickey Hunley, defensive lineman Devonte Lloyd and wide receivers DJ Stubbs and Shedro Louis also spoke with the media. Each of these full interviews is available on the Liberty Flames Athletics YouTube page.
Probert battled injuries during in 2018, which limited his playing time to four game, allowing him to redshirt for the season. He finished the year connecting on 19-of-20 extra point attempts and saw his first action of the season against Idaho State on Oct. 20.
The kicker enters the 2019 season with 189 career points scored, having hit 33-of-44 career field goals and 90-of-97 extra point attempts. The native of Andover, Minn., is a two-time all-conference performer and was named a FCS Freshman All-American during his rookie season in 2016.
