Football Game Notes vs. Virginia
Following a weekly press conference with Flames Head Coach Hugh Freeze on Monday, select members of Liberty's roster met with the media on the Club Pavilion of the Carter Tower at Williams Stadium.
During the media session, several of the Flames' players reflected on Liberty's second bye week of the season, looked back at the BYU game and previewed this weekend's game at Virginia.
The player list included: Elijah Benton (S), Stephen Calvert (QB), Zac Foutz (TE), Frankie Hickson (RB) and Brandon Tillmon (LB). To view all the video interviews, check out the Liberty Flames Athletics YouTube page.
Liberty is one win away from bowl eligibility during its first season as a fully bowl-eligible FBS member. One more victory would give the Flames their first 7-win season since 2014.
