Gill Recaps First Week of August Training Camp

As the Flames near the end of their first week of August training camp, Liberty Head Football Coach Turner Gill took time following Friday's practice to provide an update to the media.
The Liberty Flames Sports Network was on site to hear from Gill, who talked about a handful of players who have stood out during today's video recap.
The Flames will wrap up this week's practice tomorrow afternoon with their first scrimmage during training camp. As a reminder, all of Liberty's practices are closed to the general public.
Fans will have a chance to watch the Flames practice at the end of August training camp when Liberty hosts is annual Flames Fan Fest event. The August 26 event, which is free and open to the public, including a full scrimmage and an autograph session with players and coaches.
After a day off on Sunday, Liberty will open its second week of training camp on Monday. As part of its continuing coverage of training camp, LibertyFlames.com will continue its position preview by looking at the Flames offensive line on Monday.
