Flames Begin Fall Season at USC Upstate Fall Classic

The Liberty Flames men's tennis team opens its 2016 fall season at the South Carolina Upstate Fall Classic this weekend. The invitational begins on Friday and concludes on Sunday.
"We are looking forward to this weekend. We have a young team this year, and we have a lot to work on," stated head coach Chris Johnson. "This will give us a great look at where we need to focus moving forward."
Johnson's squad is comprised of two juniors (David Bush and Diego Castano), four sophomores (Max Borcuti, Eddie Gutierrez, Ryker Keller and Alex Poynter) and two freshmen (Chase Burton and Vince Salas).
