Big South XC Championships Preview with Brant Tolsma

With Big South Cross Country Championships week upon us, Alan York of the Liberty Flames Sports Network caught up with head coach Brant Tolsma.
The 2016 Big South Cross Country Championships will be contested on Friday, at Asheville Christian Academy in Swannanoa, N.C. The women's 5K will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the men's 8K at 11:30.
The Lady Flames will be in search of their first Big South title since 2012, while the Flames will shoot for their first conference crown since 2013. If either team is victorious, it would give Tolsma 100 conference championships since he arrived at Liberty in 1986.
