The Flames will look to push their winning streak to three games in a row when Liberty hosts Monmouth on Saturday at Williams Stadium during Homecoming Weekend.
Monmouth's stingy defense ranks No. 4 nationally in fewest passing yards allowed (152.9 ypg). The Hawks are 4-0 when scoring 20 points or more and 0-3 when tallying 19 points or fewer. Similarly, Liberty is 3-0 when it reaches the 20-point mark this season but 0-3 when it scores 19 points or fewer.

• Monmouth recorded its first-ever victory over Liberty, thanks to a game-tying 35-yard field goal by Matt White at the end of regulation and a game-winning 37-yard field goal by White in OT.
• Liberty nearly recovered from an 11-point fourth quarter deficit to win, scoring two TDs in the final 4:24 of regulation.
• The Flames outgained the Hawks, 402-297, but committed all three of the game's turnovers.
• Josh Woodrum completed 34 of his career-high 53 pass attempts for 336 yards for the Flames.
• His top target was Darrin Peterson, who tallied 13 receptions for 120 yards.
• Monmouth's Cody Williams was 17-of-34 through the air for 194 yards and ran for a score.
• Mike Basile (12 tackles) and Payton Minnich (10 tackles, fumble recovery) led Monmouth's defense.
