This past weekend, the Liberty Flames took two out of three from the Kent State Golden Flashes in a non-conference series at Liberty Baseball Stadium.
After falling in the first game of a doubleheader on Saturday, the Flames won the next two contests to take the series, 2-1. With their 8-3 win on Sunday, Liberty moves to 8-6 on the season.

In the midst of an eight-game homestand, the Flames next host the West Virginia Mountaineers, Tuesday at Liberty Baseball Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
