Liberty Ranked as High as No. 24 in National Baseball Polls

The Liberty Flames are ranked as high as No. 24 nationally, as the Flames were listed in three national NCAA Division I baseball polls released today.
Liberty, 2-1 after the opening weekend of the college baseball season, is ranked No. 24 by the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper. In addition, the Flames remained in their preseason position of No. 25 in the Baseball America Top 25 and were ranked No. 30 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) poll.
Liberty travels to Greenville, N.C., this weekend for the Keith LeClair Classic, Friday-Sunday. The Flames will face the Michigan Wolverines on Friday at Noon, before facing the St. John's Storm, Saturday and the host East Carolina Pirates, Sunday.
