Game On Feature: WBB Walk-on Tryouts

The Liberty women's basketball team conducts walk-on tryouts each August, and Game On was there to chronicle the process this year.
In the video feature, head coach Carey Green details what potential walk-ons must do in order to earn a spot on the Lady Flames' roster.
Current Lady Flames Ellee Rollins and Audrey Rettstatt both initially joined the team as walk-ons. On Saturday, Rettstatt contributed eight points, a game-high nine rebounds and three assists to Liberty's victory at Charleston Southern.
Big South-leading Liberty (12-5, 8-0 Big South) is preparing for a Tuesday matchup against the defending Big South tournament champion Winthrop Eagles (8-9, 4-4 Big South). Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. at the Winthrop Coliseum, and the game will be televised live on the American Sports Network.
