Before the Liberty Flames basketball team headed to the nation's capital for fall break, Liberty Flames Sports Network's Nick Pierce caught up with senior forward Andrew Smith.
During the interview, Smith talked about the team's preseason practices, which new players he is impressed with and his role on the team heading into the upcoming season.
Smith and the Flames begin the season inside the Vines Center on Nov. 14, playing host to fellow Hill City competitor Randolph College. Tipoff is slated for 8:30 p.m.
