As the fourth week of the Williams Stadium expansion project comes to a close, Liberty Athletics has added a new feature to the LibertyFlames.com web site, giving viewers near instant access to the latest images from the expansion site.
A video camera has been installed onto the Hancock Athletic Center, which points toward the expansion site. Every 30 minutes, the video camera captures a new still image and posts it on the Expansion Site Video Capture page (click here to visit page).
Earlier today, Branch & Associates, Inc., was putting the finishing touches on the 400 aggregate piers that they have been working on for the last two weeks. The piers, which are nine to 19 foot holes filled with crushed stone and concrete, were needed to firm up the foundation underneath site which will support the new five-story press and suite tower.
