Rocco Reviews Final Two-A-Day Practice

Head coach Danny Rocco held the final two-a-day workout session of this year's training camp, Tuesday afternoon, on the grass practice field next to the Williams Football Operations Center.

Following this morning's workout, Rocco charged his squad that they needed to show improvement each and every practice session. And improve they did this afternoon, as Rocco was visibly pleased with their performance during the two-hour session.

Liberty's focus during the workout was third-down situations. Following practice, Rocco took some time with the Flames Sports Network, giving his thoughts on the improved effort from his players.

The Flames Sports Network is going to have an increased presence on LibertyFlames.com in the coming weeks and months, as the web site will be adding more audio and video content each day to the web site.

The Flames will return to the practice field tomorrow afternoon at 2:20 p.m., on the turf at Williams Stadium. LibertyFlames.com's Countdown to Kickoff coverage will center on another position preview, as the web site takes a look at the Flames offensive line.
