Jordan Stackpole assumed his role as Assistant Director of Aquatics in July 2024.
In his current role, Stackpole holds a number of responsibilities, including: scheduling lifeguards, ensuring CPR/AED certifications are up-to-date, holding service training for lifeguards once a month, monitoring all teams that swim at the Liberty Natatorium and checking and leveling out the pool’s chloring and pH levels.
Stackpole previously served as a lifeguard at Liberty Natatorium. He was also a member of the Liberty men’s club swimming team for two seasons from 2020-22.
Stackpole graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sport psychology from Liberty in Dec. 2023. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport administration, which he expects to complete in Dec. 2025.
Originally from Columbiana, Ohio, Stackpole currently resides in Lynchburg with his wife, Ellen.
