Faith Bouch assumed her role as Director of Operations in Aug. 2026. In her current role, she manages the team logistics for Liberty hockey and men’s tennis. This includes organizing travel, lodging and food as well as ordering team apparel and equipment and managing team budgets.
Prior to her current role, she interned with the Liberty field hockey team during the 2025-26 school year.
Bouch earned a master’s degree in sport management: coaching and athletic administration from Liberty in May 2026, graduating with high distinction. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration: management from Southern Wesleyan in Dec. 2023. At South Wesleyan, she graduated summa cum laude.
Originally from Mechanicsville, Md., Bouch currently resides in Lynchburg.
