Brendan Cooperider joined the Liberty Athletics staff as the Assistant Director of Compliance in March 2026.
As a member of the Compliance staff, Cooperider currently works with Liberty’s volleyball, women's soccer, women's swim & dive, women's tennis, track & field and cross country programs.
Cooperider previously acted as the Graduate Assistant for Compliance at Abilene Christian University (2024-26), covering all sixteen sports at Abilene Christian.
Before his time at ACU, Cooperider worked with the Iowa Cubs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. He was part of the Stadium Operations team during the 2024 season.
Cooperider earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports and Recreation Management from Iowa in 2024. He is currently working on completing his Master's in Sports Leadership from Abilene Christian.
