- CUSA 5K champion in a thrilling race where the top four runners were separated by 0.6 seconds. She also earned a spot on the podium with a third-place 3K finish.
- Indoor personal-best 5K time of 16:17.62 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener ranks No. 3 in program history
- Virginia Tech Invitational 3K champion
- Fastest times of the year in the mile (4:50.83) and 3K (9:27.64) both came during the Penn State National Open
2023 Cross Country (R-Jr.)
- Served as the Lady Flames’ No. 1 runner during all five of her races, capped off by a 22nd-place showing for all-region honors at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship
- Earned first team All-CUSA distinction with a runner-up finish at the conference meet
- Liberty’s first CUSA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week on Sept. 26 following a personal-best 16:59.3 5K effort which netted 34th place at the Virginia Invitational
- Fastest 6K time of the year (20:17.7) also came at Virginia, during the XC23 Pre-Nationals blue race

- Finished 14th in the 10K at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round meet, just missing a trip to Eugene by two spots
- ASUN third-place finisher in the 1,500
- Made a successful 10K debut at the Virginia Challenge, winning the race in a program-record 33:49.00
- Clocked 15:54.98 for her lone 5K of the season, at the Stanford Invitational. That broke her own ASUN all-time record and made her Liberty’s second sub-16:00 runner in program history.

- Repeated as ASUN 5K champion, placed second in the 3K and took fifth in the mile
- ASUN Women’s Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 9 after clocking a Liberty and ASUN all-time record 9:24.96 3K at the Camel City Elite meet
- Lowered her mile personal best to 4:49.18 at the Bob Pollock Invitational, becoming the third Lady Flame ever to run under 4:50

Fall 2021 Cross Country (R-So.)
- Earned all-region honors thanks to her 14th-place showing at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship
- Garnered her third straight first team All-ASUN award with a third-place finish at the ASUN Championship. Her time of 17:00.4 set a new 5K personal best and ranks No. 2 in program history and No. 6 in meet history.
- Served as Liberty’s No. 1 runner at her first three races of the season, winning the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational and placing sixth at both the Roy Griak Invitational and FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals
- Her 6K clocking of 20:04.9 at the FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals stood as the program record for a little over a month.

- Won the ASUN women’s individual title with a 5K program-record time of 17:08.65, becoming the Lady Flames’ first NCAA Division I women’s cross country individual conference champion and the first freshman woman to claim the ASUN title since 1996
- Was the top freshman finisher at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (seventh place) and the No. 2 freshman in the Pre-National Invitational blue race (15th place)
- 6K time of 20:33.3 at the Pre-National Invitational ranks No. 3 in program history
- Won the first two races of her collegiate career, the Liberty Challenge 4K and FGCU Invitational 5K, by a total of 2:05
- Swept the ASUN Women’s Runner of the Week and Women’s Freshman of the Week honors four times (Sept. 4, Sept. 11, Oct. 2, Oct. 23). She became the first athlete to win four ASUN Women’s Runner of the Week awards in a single season since 2009.
Prep
- Graduated from Hart High School
- Qualified for the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships twice, placing 10th nationally in 2017 and 16th in 2018
- Placed fourth in the two-mile at the 2019 New Balance Outdoor Nationals
- Captured three straight individual titles (2016, 2017 and 2018) at the MHSAA Lower Peninsula Division 3 Cross Country Championships, leading Hart to back-to-back team championships (2017 and 2018)
- Hart also won the 2018 MHSAA Lower Peninsula Division 3 Track & Field Championships title, aided by Ackley’s first-place finishes in the 3,200 and 4 x 800 relay
- Top times included 2:14.37 (800), 4:49.42 (1,600), 10:13.37 (3,200) and 16:54 (cross country 5K)
- Graduated second in her class of 500+ students
