• Closed out his collegiate cross country career in impressive fashion, clocking a 10K personal-best 30:37.9 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship for 46th place overall and first among the Flames
• Earned all-conference honors at the ASUN Championship for the third consecutive season, thanks to a ninth-place finish
• Lowered his 8K personal best to 24:02.1 at the FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals for 71st place
• ASUN Runner of the Week on Sept. 28 following a 21st-place finish (No. 1 on the team) in his season opener, the Roy Griak Invitational
2021 Outdoor Track & Field (R-Jr.)
• Enjoyed a successful season of racing at the 5K distance, finished off by a 19th-place finish at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round meet in 13:55.46
• ASUN 5K champion in a meet-record 14:17.67
• Clocked an ASUN 5K all-time record 13:53.30 at the Virginia Grand Prix
• Also fared well at the 1,500 distance, including a program-record 3:43.05 clocking at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier and a victory at the Sound Running College Invite in California

• Successfully defended his ASUN 3K title in a personal-best 8:13.56 while placing third in the mile
• Top collegiate finisher in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational mile, where he crossed the line fourth overall
• VaSID Second Team All-State honoree (distance)
Spring 2021 Cross Country (R-Sr.)
• Liberty's No. 1 runner during all three races, capped off by a fifth-place ASUN finish for first team All-ASUN honors
• Also placed third at the season-opening CSU Buccaneer Invitational (in an 8K personal-best 24:23.1) and 72nd at the FSU Winter XC Classic
2020 Outdoor Track & Field
• Season was cancelled due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus
2020 Indoor Track & Field (R-Jr.)
• Swept the ASUN mile (personal-best 4:08.21) and 3K (season-best 8:14.39) titles, becoming the first Flame to win those two events at the same conference meet since 2010 (Sam Chelanga – Big South)
• Also posted first-place finishes in the Liberty Kickoff mile and Doc Hale VT Elite Meet 3K
• Clocked 2:28.36 for 1,000 meters in his Liberty track debut at the Virginia Tech Invitational, joining Liberty's all-time top 10 list for the event
2019 Cross Country (R-Jr.)
• Excelled during his first season as a Flame, earning first team All-ASUN honors with a fourth-place conference finish
• Served as Liberty's No. 2 runner all season, including at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championships where he came in 58th overall
• Posted three top-10 finishes on the year, also including a runner-up showing at the FGCU Invitational and a fourth-place effort at the Liberty Challenge
• Clocked an 8K season-best time of 24:30.3 at the Pre-National Invitational
Previous School
• Competed for VMI during the 2016-17 athletic year
• Made the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team after placing 22nd at the 2016 SoCon Cross Country Championships
• Took 77th place in the 2016 NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Cross Country Championships
• Best times at VMI were 3:59.42 (1,500), 8:44.24 (3K), 14:56.59 (5K), 25:02.5 (cross country 8K) and 31:17.2 (cross country 10K)
• Competing unattached, clocked 4:12.34 for the mile at the 2019 Liberty Kickoff and won the event at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational two weeks later

• Graduated from Floyd E. Kellam High School
• As a senior, placed fourth in the Virginia 6A outdoor state meet in the 1,600 and 3,200 and ninth in the 6A state cross country meet
• During his junior season, was the Virginia 5A outdoor state runner-up in the 1,600, took third in the 5A indoor 3,200 and placed fourth in 5A cross country
• Top times included 4:15.19 in the 1,600, 9:12.85 in the 3,200 and 15:49 in the cross country 5K
