2011 (R-Sr.): Did not race during the indoor track season … Cross Country: Liberty's fifth runner and the 16th-place finisher at the Big South meet … came in third during his season-opening meet, the Coastal Carolina Invitational … clocked an 8K personal-best time of 25:07 at the Brooks Paul Short Run.
2010 (R-Jr.): Narrowly missed scoring points at the Big South indoor meet, taking ninth place in the 5K final … was able to contribute three points to the Flames' Big South outdoor championship, courtesy of his sixth-place finish in the 10K … Cross Country: Finished anywhere between No. 3 and No. 5 for the Flames in 2009 … his most impressive and most important performance came at the Big South meet … he placed 10th for the second straight year, clocking a season-best 8K time of 26:30 … made the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
2009 (Jr.): Finished 12th in the 5K at the Big South indoor meet, his only track & field race of the year … Cross Country: Earned All-Big South recognition for his 10th-place finish at the conference cross country meet … a consistent top-five runner for the Big South champion Flames.
2008 (So.): Ran a personal-best and IC4A-qualifying 10K time of 31:05 to place fourth in the Big South outdoor 10K … clocked a personal-best 15:12 in the 5K at the Duke Twilight Meet … made the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
Previous School: Ran track and cross country at UNC Wilmington.
Prep: Graduated from Buckeye Valley High School … placed seventh in the 3,200-meter run in the Ohio Division II State Track & Field Championship as a senior, earning All-Ohio recognition … ran a personal-best 3,200-meter time of 9:38.
