Career
• At the time of her graduation, ranked inside Liberty's all-time top 10 in four events, including the pentathlon (fourth, 3,706), heptathlon (fourth, 5,056), 60 hurdles (10^th, 8.93) and 100 hurdles (10^th, 14.44)

2016 Outdoor Track & Field (Sr.)
• Won her second straight Big South heptathlon championship, breaking her own meet record with 4,921 points. Along the way, she clocked a personal-best 100 hurdles time of 14.44, which ranks 10^th in program history.
• Added sixth-place finishes in the Big South 100 hurdles and high jump
• Became the fourth Lady Flame to score 5,000+ points in a heptathlon, thanks to her score of 5,056 at the Mt. SAC Relays Multi Events. She had a strong second day, featuring personal-best marks in the long jump (17-11.5) and 800 (2:21.54).
• Aided by a personal-best 200 clocking (25.49), placed 23^rd in the Texas Relays heptathlon with 4,820 points

2015-16 Indoor Track & Field (Sr.)
• Won all four of her pentathlon competitions, highlighted by the Big South and ECAC (personal-best 3,706) championships
• The ECAC title, Liberty's first in the event since 2005, included a personal-best 38-6.75 shot put heave and an indoor-best mark in the long jump (17-10.25)
• Kicked off her Big South pentathlon title with a personal-best 60 hurdles time of 8.93, joining Liberty's all-time top 10
• At the Big South meet, also finished seventh in the 60 hurdles, ninth in the high jump and 14^th in the long jump

2015 Outdoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Won her first Big South title, scoring a personal-best and meet-record 4,869 points (No. 8 mark in program history) in the heptathlon
• Also placed ninth in the Big South 100 hurdles prelims, with a personal-best 14.73 effort
• High jumped a personal-best 5-3.25 during the Big South heptathlon

2014-15 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Scored a personal-best 3,553 points for third place in the ECAC pentathlon and the No. 7 position in program history
• ECAC score was aided by personal-best marks in the 60 hurdles (9.14), long jump (17-7) and 800 (2:24.87)
• Placed second behind teammate Riley Brandon in the Big South pentathlon for the second straight year, while tying for 15^th in the high jump

• Finished second in the Big South heptathlon with a season-best score of 4,495

• Improved her score each of the three times she contested the heptathlon, going from 4,011 to 4,236
• Scored 4,181 points for sixth place in the Big South heptathlon
• Wrapped up her year with a 15th-place heptathlon finish in her ECAC debut, totaling 4,236 points

2012-13 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Triple jumped a season-best 34-9 for 13th place at the Big South meet, while finishing 14th in the Big South 60 hurdles prelims in 9.49 seconds
• Scored a season-best 2,929 points for seventh place in the Liberty Kickoff pentathlon

Prep
• Graduated from E.C. Glass High School
• As a senior, qualified for the Virginia Group AA state outdoor track & field meet in five events, placing second in the 4 x 100 relay, fourth in the pole vault, fifth in the 100 hurdles, seventh in the 300 hurdles and 12th in the triple jump
• At the 2012 Virginia Group AA state indoor meet, she was on the winning 4 x 200 relay quartet and placed second in the 55 hurdles.
• Set school records in the pole vault (10-6) and 300 hurdles (45.02) and clocked 14.88 seconds in the 100 hurdles
