• Posted All-ASUN finishes in both of her events, taking second to teammate Adelyn Ackley in the 5K (season-best 16:54.88) and third in the 3K (season-best 9:38.42)
• Racing the mile distance, clocked a season-best 4:55.70 at the Bob Pollock Invitational and won the event at the Liberty Open

Fall 2021 Cross Country (Sr.)
• Stepped up as Liberty’s No. 3 runner at each of the last two meets, culminating with her 42nd-place showing at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship
• Key component of the Lady Flames’ second straight ASUN team title with her sixth-place conference finish in a 5K personal-best time of 17:17.1
• Sped to a 6K personal-best 21:16.2 for 105th at the FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals
• Opened her season by placing sixth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational

• Came in 10th in the ASUN 1,500 with a season-best 4:36.29 clocking

Spring 2021 Cross Country (Jr.)
• Earned second team All-ASUN honors with her 14th-place finish at the ASUN meet. She was the eighth Lady Flame to cross the finish line during Liberty’s dominating team victory.
• Opened the season with a fourth-place finish at the CSU Buccaneer Invitational in a 5K time of 17:44.0

• Came in fourth in the ASUN mile and eighth in the 3K
• Won two races during her first season as a Lady Flame, including the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet mile and the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational 3K
• Posted Liberty top 10 all-time performances in all three of her events, including the mile (No. 9, 4:55.25), 3K (No. 6, 9:49.65) and 5K (No. 10, 17:15.20)
• Her 9:49.65 effort in the Darius Dixon Memorial 3K made her the fastest of Liberty’s five sub-10:00 runners on the season.

• Attended Iowa for a year and a half
• During her freshman cross country season (2018), placed 50th at the Big Ten meet and 54th at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Championships while clocking a 6K personal best of 21:25.9
• Top track times included 9:35.10 for the 3K and 16:47.05 for the 5K

• Home schooled, but competed for Mid-Prairie High School
• Iowa 2A state cross country champion as a junior in 2016 and runner-up as a senior in 2017
• Captured seven Iowa 2A state titles on the track, including victories in the 800 (2017, 2018), 1,500 (2016, 2017, 2018), 3,000 (2017) and distance medley relay (2018)
• Drake Relays 3K champion in 2017
• Posted high school times of 2:14.75 (800), 4:32.10 (1,500) and 9:47.52 (3K)
