2012 Outdoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Placed second in the Big South 4 x 400 relay final and eighth in the 400 dash final, after clocking a season-best time of 48.64 in the prelims
• Led off for Liberty’s 4 x 400 relay team which missed the IC4A final by just one place
2011-12 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Helped Liberty win the Big South 4 x 400 relay title and placed eighth in the 400 dash final
• Ran an indoor personal-best 400 time of 48.54 in the IC4A prelims to claim the No. 9 spot on Liberty’s all-time list
• Clocked the Flames’ fastest 60 hurdles time of the year, 8.68, at the Liberty Kickoff
2011 Outdoor Track & Field (So.)
• Kept busy at the Big South meet, placing third in both the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 and seventh in the 400
• Top 400 dash time of the season (48.83) came at the Coastal Carolina Invitational
2010-11 Indoor Track & Field (So.)
• Limited by injury for much of the season, but still posted times of 34.79 in the 300 and 49.41 in the 400
• His 34.79 300-meter dash clocking was No. 3 in program history and the fastest effort by a Liberty runner in 23 years.
• Ran the 400 at the IC4A meet

• Placed fourth in the Big South 400-meter dash final
• Raced to a personal-best 400 time of 48.14 at the IC4A meet
• Helped Liberty run its fastest 4 x 100 relay time since 2001 (40.73) and place seventh in the IC4A final
2009-10 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Came in sixth in the Big South 60 hurdles final and posted the ninth-fastest time in the 400 dash prelims
• Helped Liberty finish third in the Big South 4 x 400 relay and qualify for the IC4A meet

• Graduated from Woodbridge High School
• Won the 300 hurdles at the Cardinal District meet as a senior, in 38.07 seconds
• Competing for the Summers & GeorgiaRee Track Club, won the 4 x 400 relay at the 2009 USA Youth Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Also placed third in the 400 hurdles and fourth in the 4 x 800 relay at the meet
