2010 (So.): Started all 11 games at left guard as a sophomore … graded out at 80 percent with 745 total plays … finished the year with 82 knockdowns … five “plus” blocks (extra effort blocks) … also added one tackle during Liberty’s upset victory over FBS opponent Ball State … helped the Flames ranked No. 2 in total offense (459.91), No. 3 in scoring offense (36.45 points per game) and No. 7 in passing offense (288.91) … Liberty also ranked No. 5 in sacks allowed (0.64 per game) and No. 5 in tackles for a loss allowed (4.18 per game) … Liberty ranked No. 1 in first downs per game (24.18), No. 16 in third-down efficiency (43.84), No. 8 in red zone offense (0.88) and No. 18 in time of possession (32:12) … the Flames rushed for 188.0 yards per game in conference games and finished with 15 of their 21 rushing touchdowns against Big South.
2009 (Fr.): Saw playing time in three games as a true freshman … was part of an offensive line that helped the Flames to finish the year ranked No. 21 nationally in rushing yards per game (176.1) … helped the Flames become the nation’s No. 2 red zone efficient offense, as Liberty scored on 92.2 trips inside the opponent’s 20-yard line … also scored 27 rushing touchdowns in the red zone, ranking second in the country … Liberty’s 31 total rushing touchdowns is the second-highest team mark in program history … helped the Flames rank No. 25 in sacks allowed (15 in 11 games) … was part of an offense that finished the year ranked No. 1 in scoring average (36.36 points per game) … helped Liberty rank No. 22 nationally in fewest tackles for a loss allowed (4.82) … grading out at 81 percent for the year.
