Liberty has given me the opportunity to run for a scholarship and use my talents for running

Working hard and having good training inspires me.

I represented Kenya in cross country.

2025 Outdoor Track & Field (So.)
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place CUSA 5K showing and also came in seventh at 1,500 meters
- Notched the Flames’ fastest efforts of the season for both the 1,500 (3:45.97) and 5K (13:52.95), both of which came at the Bryan Clay Invitational
2024-25 Indoor Track & Field (So.)
- Top effort of an injury-shortened indoor season was a sixth-place finish in the CUSA 3K final
2024 Cross Country (Fr.)
- Two-time CUSA Men’s Freshman of the Week (Sept. 24 and Oct. 8), following both races he finished prior to suffering a season-ending injury
- Posted an 8K personal best of 23:57.3 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational
- Crossed the finish line seventh in his collegiate cross country debut at the adidas XC Challenge, helping the Flames win the team title
2024 Outdoor Track & Field (Fr.)
- Raced the 5K at the NCAA Division I East First Rounds meet
- Fourth-place finisher in the CUSA 1,500 final
- Two-time CUSA Male Freshman of the Week (April 16 and May 7), following each of his Liberty freshman records
- Clocked a Flames freshman-best 13:47.63 5K at the Bryan Clay Invitation and set the 1,500 freshman standard of 3:44.39 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier
2023-24 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.)
- Made an immediate impact after enrolling in January, earning CUSA Male Track Performer of the Meet and CUSA Men’s Freshman of the Meet honors
- Swept the CUSA 3K and 5K (personal-best 14:07.46, No. 7 in program history) titles
- Opened his collegiate career by finishing fourth in the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational 3K in 8:03.76 (No. 6 all-time at Liberty)
