What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The university is filled with amazing people and it’s a great environment. The athletic facilities are also amazing, and we have a great baseball program here.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
For postgame I always either try to see my mom if she was at the game or text/call her to just talk about the game. She has always believed in me and it’s nice to talk to her after the bad and good games.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
Both of my parents are amazing role models and have both inspired me in so many ways due to how hard they work and how much they've sacrificed for me to chase my dreams.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My most memorable athletic moment was my first collegiate outing, because it was years of preparation and excitement building up to that moment. It has always been a dream of mine to play D1 baseball so that first outing was very special.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My mother, Kelly Dahlman, ran track at Hillsdale college.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Beef and rice is my favorite meal.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my text messages.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I do a lot of gaming.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Justin Verlander
What is your favorite possession and why?
My first game ball because that’s where my love of baseball started.
