What is seating like for Liberty Arena?
For Men's Basketball, all seating is reserved, except for the student section. A valid Flames Pass is required to sit in the student section.
For Women's Basketball, all seating is general admission except for Club and Courtside seating. Club seats can be purchased by Flames Club members on a season or single game basis, and courtside seating is available as a group experience.
What are the parking options for basketball season?
Parking passes are available for season ticket holders who are Flames Club members at the Eagle Level (150+) or higher for both Men's and Women's Basketball. For those who do not qualify, there is free parking at the Runk and Pratt Garage, and throughout campus. Please see the parking map for more information.
Will students be able to attend Basketball games?
Students are allowed free admission to all Men's and Women's Liberty basketball home games.
For men's basketball, students will enter through the Student Gate, which is located at Gate 5 of the Vines Center. Flames pass is required for entry and seating is subject to availability.
For women's basketball, students will enter through the west entrance, near the Whitehurst Ticket Booth.
Can Flames Kid’s Club get in for free?
Flames Kid's Club members get into all regular season Women's Basketball games for free and can sit in sections 1-2, and 4-20. Members will scan their Kid's Club mobile ticket for entry. Kid's Club guests require a paid ticket for entry.
Flames Kid's Club members will receive free admission to a minimum of 2 Men's Basketball games during the 2024-25 season. Tickets will need to be claimed in advance, and are subject to availability. What are the group ticket options for game day?
Liberty Arena provides an exciting environment for a group experience! Group with 10 or more members can purchase discounted tickets. For more information, contact the Liberty Ticket Office at (434) 592-5015.
I am a Flames Club Member, does that give me access to the club room?
Not necessarily. Only customers who have tickets in Section 3 and Loge Boxes are permitted access to the concourse club room. Only customers with courtside tickets are allowed in the courtside club room.
Are we allowed to bring in outside food & beverage?
No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the stadium.
I did not receive season tickets this year. How do I ensure I can get them before they sell out for next year?
While we cannot guarantee that you receive season tickets next year, a great way to start is to join the Flames Club, and fill out this interest form. If you would like more information on how the Flames Club works, please visit here, or contact the Flames Club by calling/texting (434) 582-2582.
What time do doors open on game day?
Gates will open one hour prior to game time. Box office opens 90 minutes before game time.
Can I return, refund, or exchange my tickets?
We have a no refund, no exchange policy. If you are unable to attend an event, then you are able to transfer your tickets to a friend or try to sell them. If the game is canceled, then our office will reach out with more information. Each game will be handled on a game-by-game basis. More information about our refund policy can be found here.
How can I purchase away game tickets?
Our office does not sell away game regular season tickets. If you would like to attend an away game, we recommend purchasing directly through the opposing team’s ticket office.
What ADA accessible areas are there?
ADA parking (with a valid hangtag) is available in the DeMoss parking lot. All gates are ADA accessible and wheelchair/scooter accessible seating is available in sections 7, 9, 12, 14, and 20. The seats in 12, 14 and 20 are reserved and must be purchased in order to use. Please contact the ticket office at (434) 582-7328 for any questions.
Are there any discounts on tickets?
Single-game tickets are available for $5 off the sideline and baseline public seats for Men's Basketball for youth (ages 3-17), seniors (ages 60+), and local hero's (fire, police, EMS, military, etc.). These discounts are only available over the phone.
What age needs a ticket?
Children at the age of 3 years old require a ticket. Children 2 and under are free if they sit on the lap of an adult.
Where are the team benches located?
The home team bench is located in front of sections 1 and 2 while the visiting team benches are located in front of sections 4 and 5.
