Brackets Released for CUSA Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The brackets and seedings for this week's Conference USA Men's and Women's Tennis Championships (April 16-20) have been released with the Flames men's team (10-12) claiming the No. 2 seed and the women's team (11-12, 5-2 CUSA) holding the No. 5 seed.
The women's tennis championship begins with a pair of matches between the No. 7 and 10 and No. 8 and 9 seeds on Wednesday at 10 a.m. The men's tennis championship begins on Friday with a match between No. 4 seed New Mexico State and No. 5 seed Kennesaw State.
Lynchburg, Va., and the Liberty Tennis Complex will serve as the host site for both championships this week.
Liberty begins action with the Lady Flames taking on No. 4 seed Kennesaw State on Thursday at 10 a.m. The men's tennis team takes the court for the first time on Friday at 1 p.m. to battle No. 3 seed Jacksonville State.
The women's championship title game will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m. The title match for the men's bracket will be held on Sunday at noon.
Both Liberty tennis teams finished as runners-up in their CUSA Championship title games on the road last season. The No. 2 seed Lady Flames fell 4-1 to No. 1 seed FIU while the No. 2 seed Flames were taken down by No. 1 seed Middle Tennessee. Both FIU and Middle Tennessee return to the championship as No. 1 seeds.
All matches at the 2025 CUSA Tennis Championships will be streamed live on ESPN+.
