- Liberty (2-0) and Florida Atlantic (2-0) will meet in the finale of the Field of 68 Tip-Off at Liberty Arena. This is the third and final year of the three-year round-robin series featuring mid-major powers Liberty, Charleston and Florida Atlantic.Â

Zach Cleveland (12 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists) flirted with a triple-double. FAU topped Charleston 94-77 on Saturday night.
- Liberty scored 51 second half points and hit 10 triples after intermission in the win over Charleston.The Flames led by five at the break before opening the second half on a 21-8 run over the first 5:05 of the second stanza.Â
- Decker Jr. is averaging 25.0 ppg and has made 13 threes through the first two games. The Flames are shooting 48.4 percent from deep and have hit 30 triples so far.
- The Flames' Â Cleveland, Metheny and Porter were voted to the 2025-26 CUSA Men's Basketball Preseason All-Conference team. Cleveland and Metheny are both two-time All-CUSA selections, while Porter garnered honorable mention distinction last year.
