#10 – Game Day Schedule
The excitement around Liberty Football begins long before the Flames kickoff against New Mexico State at 6 p.m. on September 9 at Williams Stadium. Here is this Saturday's game day schedule:
- 8:00 a.m. – Parking lots open for tailgating
- 2:30 p.m. – Roads close and game shuttles start
- 3:30 p.m. – Flames Fan Fest Opens
- 3:50 p.m. – Team Walk
- 4:30 p.m. – Gates to Williams Stadium Open
- 4:30 p.m. - Flames Football Tailgate Show on the LFSN Radio Network (Liberty Flames mobile app and radio affiliates)
- 5:00 p.m. – Flames Central Gameday pregame TV show (available on the Liberty Flames Facebook and X pages and Liberty Athletics YouTube channel)
- 5:15 p.m. – Marching Band warm-up at Fan Fest
- 5:51 p.m. – National Anthem performed by the Spirit of the Mountain Marching Band
- 5:59 p.m. – Liberty Football team takes the field
- 6:02 p.m. – Kickoff

#8 – Roads Close Around Williams Stadium at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday
To ensure Flames Nation has a safe and easy access path to their seats, roads around Williams Stadium (parts of University Blvd., Regents Parkway and Liberty University Drive) close to traffic three and half hours before kickoff. Those roads will close at 2:30 p.m. this Saturday.

#7 – Hall of Fame and Family Weekend
The Flames will welcome two special groups to the Conference USA opener as Saturday's game is also Family Weekend and Hall of Fame Weekend.

 This year's Liberty Athletics Hall of Fame class includes:
- Sarah [Wilkerson] Erps (women's basketball/1997-2000)
- Jonita [Randolph] Joseph (women's tennis/2004-07)
- Jeff Meyer (head men's basketball coach/1981-97)
- Todd Pettyjohn (men's track & field/1991-94)
- Brye Ravettine (women's swimming & diving/2011-14)
- Rupert Wright (football/1977-80)
Family Weekend is the main event for our LU Family. It is our privilege to invite our family to enjoy a weekend with their student at their home away from home! Start at Convocation on Friday, Sept. 8, LU family members and enjoy the campus activities, ticketed events, and local merchants throughout the weekend, spotlighted by Liberty's football game against New Mexico State.

The whole family can enjoy Fan Fest presented by Motor World, which is open to all game ticket holders, inside the Liberty Indoor Practice Facility. Everyone can enjoy lawn games, inflatables, balloon animals, and more – plus they might see Sparky and the Liberty Cheerleaders! Fan Fest begins two and a half hours before kickoff and winds down 30 minutes prior to game time.

#3 – Saturday's Giveaway – Conference USA Commemorative Coin
When you come to Williams Stadium on Saturday, not only do you get to experience one of the best game-day atmospheres in the country and top-notch FBS action on the field, but you can also take home some Flames swag. On Saturday, the first 3,000 fans through the gates get a CUSA commemorative coin. Commemorating Liberty's first Conference USA football game.

#2 – 4QF – Four Quarters of Fury and Don't Stop Believing
Be sure to block out your schedule to enjoy the full game on Saturday and take part in 4QF (Four Quarters of Fury) and the fourth quarter tradition of signing "Don't Stop Believing" as you cheer on the Flames to victory late in the game.
