Gielo Out of St. Francis Brooklyn Game Due to Stress Reaction

Liberty Men's Basketball Head Coach Dale Layer has announced that senior forward Tomasz Gielo will not play in this afternoon's contest versus St. Francis Brooklyn due to a stress reaction. The Flames' co-captain is currently listed as week-to-week with further tests and evaluations taking place next week.
Through the first seven contests, Gielo led the team in scoring, averaging 12.0 points per game. The Polish player was also third in rebounding, grabbing 6.3 boards per contest. In Liberty's 61-55 win over Delaware on Nov. 17, Gielo paced the Flames offense with a career-high 23 points.
