A 60-second spot honoring Liberty's Fall Season of Champions is currently running on WSET ABC 13 Lynchburg. WSET produced the ad as part of their sponsorship package.
Liberty won five of the possible six Big South Conference crowns during the fall of 2007, winning titles in football, volleyball, men's soccer and men's & women's cross country. In addition to the five conference championships, Liberty senior Josh McDougal captured the NCAA Division I Individual Cross Country National Championship.
The 60-second spot will run over 200 times on WSET ABC 13 for the next two weeks, as well as on all Flames Television Network broadcasts, and five men's basketball telecasts on the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) during the remainder of the current season.
Three companies joined with WSET as underwriting sponsors to make this community outreach project possible: Runk & Pratt Residential Adult Care, Industrial Products Company and Carter Bank & Trust.
