Jonathon Smith began his position of Athletics Event Manager in February 2016.

Smith recently graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s of science in sport management in December 2015. While an undergrad, Smith gained three years of experience with the event management department in Liberty Athletics.

In those three years, Smith also had the opportunity to help work the Virginia High School League (VHSL) Championships for both football and baseball. Smith is a native of Bowie, Md., where he attended Riverdale Baptist High School.
