Jack DeLuca assumed his role Associate Director for Annual Fund in May 2026. Previously, he served as an Assistant Director of Membership Services for the 2025-26 school year and as a Flames Club Associate for two years (Aug. 2023-May 2025).
In his current role, he manages and retains current donors for the Flames Club, serving as the point of contact for questions or account management of donors and season ticket sales for donors. He also assists with game day hospitality and in generating new Flames Club members. DeLuca works as the lead for Giving Day fundraising for the Flames Club, which is one of the most successful fundraising days of the year.
In his previous role, he managed game day parking, managing 40 student workers. He set up for all game day events and oversees Tailgate Town on game day.
DeLuca received Liberty Employee of the Month distinction in April 2024.
DeLuca worked as a part-time parking attendant for the Flames Club before being promoting to the parking captain. He was a Flames Club Ambassador from 2020-23.
DeLuca earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration & data analysis from Liberty in Dec. 2024. He is currently pursuing a master of business administration & data Analsyis from Liberty, which he plans to complete in Dec. 2026.
DeLuca is originally from Raynham, Mass. and currently resides in Lynchburg. All three of his siblings are Liberty graduates or currently enrolled at Liberty.
